Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued if:

  • Your returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • The return request was submitted within the valid return period.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days

  • Wallet/Store Credit: Instant after approval

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • Items are returned with missing accessories

  • Products show minor signs of handling

  • Packaging is incomplete

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Returns received after the allowed time window

  • Products without tags or original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mirmaya.support@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
