  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or stock verification, we will notify you by email.

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days

  • MEXDA is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

  • These charges vary by country and are not included in product or shipping costs.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

MEXDA is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the courier and then notify us at mirmaya.support@gmail.com.

  • We will assist in locating the parcel, but MEXDA is not responsible for packages lost after successful delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mirmaya.support@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or solution based on the assessment.
